1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of FireTrophy.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. FireTrophy is operated by Glasso Group Inc., located at 630 Morse Ave, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
- Product images are representative — actual colors and finishes may vary slightly due to the nature of crystal, glass, and acrylic materials
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors
- Volume discounts are available for bulk orders as displayed on product pages
3. Custom Engraving
- Engraving text and artwork must be provided by the customer
- A digital proof will be provided for approval before engraving begins
- Once a proof is approved and engraving has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified
- FireTrophy is not responsible for errors in customer-provided text or artwork
- Uploaded logos and artwork must be owned by or licensed to the customer
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing
- We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
- Sales tax is applied where required by law
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud
5. Shipping
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days (after production)
- Free shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States
- Rush shipping is available upon request — contact us for a quote
- All awards are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier
- International shipping may be available — contact us for rates and availability
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Non-engraved items: May be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition and packaging
- Custom engraved items: Cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part
- Damaged items: If your award arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item at no charge
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
7. Intellectual Property
All content on FireTrophy.com — including product images, descriptions, logos, and website design — is owned by Glasso Group Inc. and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
FireTrophy's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
