What's the difference between crystal and glass?
In the awards industry the words are used interchangeably. Our crystal pieces are made from optical-grade lead glass — what's sold as 'crystal' anywhere else. The lead content gives the material its refractive clarity and weight on the desk.
Can our logo be etched into the crystal?
Yes — every crystal award here is laser-etched with your supplied logo and inscription. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) reproduce best, but we'll work with high-res PNG or JPG if vector isn't available.
What's the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum. We produce single executive trophies and full 100-piece recognition programs from the same base silhouette. Per-unit cost drops above 25 units.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from approved proof to shipment. Rush production (2–3 business days) is available on most crystal awards for an upcharge.
