The Art of Glass Mastery.
Searching for the perfect award can be overwhelming. To make your experience as seamless as possible, we have compiled a guide to the methods and processes we use to personalize our awards. Learn how we transform raw crystal into lasting legacies.
3D Subsurface Engraving
Exclusively achievable in premium glass and crystal. We use high-frequency laser pulses to create thousands of tiny micro-fractures inside the crystal block, forming complex 3D sculptures that appear to float in mid-air.
2D Subsurface Engraving
Pertains to etching two-dimensional elements like text and logos below the glass surface. This provides a striking "depth" effect while keeping the outer surfaces perfectly smooth and polished.
Surface Engraving
Utilizing CO2 laser technology to precision-etch the exterior of the glass. The laser vaporizes the top layer to create a crisp, white frosted effect that adds a tactile dimension to your award.
Sandblasting
A traditional, high-end method where abrasive material is propelled against the glass through a custom stencil. It produces a deep, elegant, and soft-to-the-touch frosted finish.
Sandblasting with Fill
After the initial sandblast, we manually apply specialized metallic or pigment-based paints into the etched areas. This allows for vibrant logos or luxury gold and silver text.
UV Print
Direct-to-substrate digital printing that uses ultraviolet light to instantly cure ink. This allows for full-color, photographic quality designs and complex gradients on any award surface.
Sublimation
A heat-transfer process that embeds dyes directly into a specialized coating. Ideal for vibrant, durable full-color reproductions on metal plates or specifically treated glass components.
